Changing my plans now. Found some nice photos from much older dates.
Will add them in and add the dates along the top until I get caught up.
They may or may not run in date order. Try as I may and time permitting.

Gorgeous owls.
I’ve been away, adding from the Archives, starting with 4/29/2016.
Missed so much of this season, but due to huge time shifts and all, there were days that I didn’t see any activity, other than nesting, then trying to get a peak after hatch.
These two are simply adorable, curious owlets.
Raindrops coming in, but they are high and dry, rain sounds steady. Luna will be drenched when she returns. Owlets are resting, but listening with one ear.
A chilly start, 43° and chance of rain today. Calling coos sound familiar.
From today 4/27
Glorious. From 4/23
Pretty feathers from 4/23.
The following few photos will be from the archives.
I will post date on top until caught up to date.
Most impressive feet and talons.
Owlet grabbed food in the cache. Far too big, but showing signs of interest to self feed. Missed a clear photo.
They know which was is out and which way food comes from.
Owlets are looking healthy and strong.
Active afternoon. They are too cute!
Every now and then I grab a photo that seems to stop me in my tracks.
This is one of them. The beauty of that moment in time, shared between them.
How fortunate we are, to be able to watch them eat, sleep, grow and learn right before our eyes. A beautiful family of Barred’s.
Beautiful!! The owlets wanted out and it’s not as easy to keep them under wing.
Growing fast, eating large chunks.
They’ve been along for a good while, could hear hooting in the distance.
Too cute, they are cuddling very tight to each other. One moves, the other tips, too funny. Fantastic day for them.
A noticeable size difference still.
Wondering and thinking out loud that maybe egg #2 was the nonviable egg. The egg is moved back into the nest bowl.
Two wonderful little owlets.
Flapping wings, standing and lots of preening, blood feathers coming in quick.
Family of Four! At 4:21pm…
Take a close look at the open jaw of the owlet. A huge jaw. More visible in this very similar image. But, it clearly shows how large their jaw is.
A fantastic day for the barreds.
First day Ive seen them completely in view! They have grown a lot considering the size of the egg that still remains.
Cute little owlet! Looks warm today, freedom for the owlets at least a short while.

Got a good look at two cute owlets and one egg.
Off Air began about 12:50pm.
Bright sunshine and a large cache of grub.
